COVID19 update – important notification for patients
It’s important to us to ensure that we continue to keep patients and staff as safe as possible. If you have an appointment, we kindly ask that you DO NOT attend if:
- You or anyone else in your household feels ‘unwell’. Including cough, runny nose, cold and flu symptoms.
- you or anyone in your household are awaiting PCR test results
- Identified as a household contact – member of your household has tested positive with a LAT flow or PCR test.
- you have been travelling abroad within the last 10 days
Please contact the practice via telephone to inform us if any of the above apply to you and rearrange your appointment.
We do not wish to turn patients away at the door. However, we may need to should we feel that you are not well enough to be seen safely.
